After a 10-year career in the taxi industry, our founder, Ray Basit came to the conclusion that hiring and training dispatch staff was the biggest pain point for owners and managers in the passenger transportation industry. Whether it’s a taxi service, a limousine company or a charter bus service, good dispatchers are hard to find and even harder to keep.

Ray started thinking about all the people he trained in his career who soon left the company. The hiring and training process would repeat over and over at great expense to the company.
