Matt & his team have been working with us for over a year now & his first visit was one filled with fun, learning & future prospects in mind.
It was also a whole new experience for his Pk team as well to have him sit along with them, work & discuss things as they go. Matt, the workaholic that he is, was an inspiration for his team but also he had his way of keeping the work fun & keeping everyone engaged.

After a 10-year career in the taxi industry, our founder, Ray Basit came to the conclusion that hiring and training dispatch staff was the biggest pain point for owners and managers in the passenger transportation industry. Whether it’s a taxi service, a limousine company or a charter bus service, good dispatchers are hard to find and even harder to keep. Ray started thinking about all the people he trained in his career who soon left the company. The hiring and training process would repeat over and over at great expense to the company. There is the expense of advertising the employment position, the time spent interviewing applicants, the cost of bringing a new employee onboard and of course the expense of training someone and hoping they will gain and understanding of  the importance of a call center.
