Job Description • Answer customer calls, take taxi bookings, handle pricing, & manage changes or cancellations.

• Communicate with drivers & manage dispatch tasks for smooth operations.

• Respond to email inquiries and provide clear, solution-based customer service.

• Maintain strong knowledge of company services for customer retention & satisfaction.

• Support call centre staff management & training when required.
